Warehouses will not function properly

1. PS4 and with all DLC’s and asset packs.

3. Game crashed shortly after first notice, but it normally does after playing awhile so I did not notice the code. Restarting the game and the bug remains.
4. Upon plopping a warehouse down and choosing the product it will contain or how much of it to store. I wanted to move it and then change the amount to store but it would not let me. While pushing up on the DPad the selector cycles between “Center” and “Rename.” This is the case with all four warehouse types.
