nm, it works ok. It cuts 70% of all water consumption.

I was hoping 70% bonus from Water Reclamation System should work for buildings (farms) inside Dome. But it decrease only Dome consumption. Description says "It recycles up to 70% of water used in the dome".
I am not good in english, but "in the dome" means everything inside the dome, not just "by the dome" itself?
or am i miss something?
Why do we need this useless pathetic shrine? Looks like it is used only in Geoscape Dome?

Also, i haven't noticed any bonuses from Biome engineering biotech. "Farms increase comfort of all residences in the Dome". I don't see any bonuses ingame.

Should i post this in bugs forum ? or am i miss something?
