When creating "new" weapons in game, in case anyone was wondering about the color scheme used in gfx/projectiles, it uses a slightly-reverse CMYK scheme, so if you want to test a color, use a CMYK color tool, and then change 100 in CMYK to 0 in-game, and 0 in CMYK to 1 in-game. Any number in-between is used as a decimal, but not changed
