I've posted this almost a week ago on /r/citiesskylines but got no help at all so I guess the proper place to post this problem might be he forums. So anyways:
I started up my save from about a month ago as i was inactive for awhile. I noticed a lot of things went missing, mostly mods instead of assets though.
The first obvious change was my roads color mod stopped working and half of the road types i used turned vanilla colored. Secondly the one-way train tracks i used by BloodyPenguin all disappeared, causing my train network to fail. The next thing I noticed is that my Traffic President button had disappeared.
I thought something wasn't right, so I exited my save to the main menu and looked at my mods list in content manager, and I noticed some had gone missing for some reason. Its not in the content manager even though I have been subscribed to them for many months, they haven't been taken down either.
Now they weirdest thing is that when I tried resubscribing to the mods and they reappeared, but after restarting the game they disappeared again! It would seem like my Cities Skylines is in read-only mode or something. Whats going on!?
I have about over 90+ mods that were all working the last time I was playing the game. And about 10 of them went missing from the content manager. For reference, here are list of mods that kept disappearing for me, there might be more that i can't remember but here are the ones i do remember that have disappeared but i am still subscribed to:
- Traffic Manager: President Edition
- One-Way Train Tracks
- Prop Line Tool [PLT] vAlpha
- Airport Roads
- Realistic Population and Consumption Mod v7.9
- Loading Screen Mod [Beta]
- No Seagulls
- Touch This! 1.1 - Unlock lots roads
- Tram Station Track
I have no idea what is causing this so I hope experienced troubleshooters, modders etc can help me with this. This seems to be an extremely weird problem. Thanks in advance.
