hm

same problem here , but yesterday i have accidently launched the game while i had already the game running so it was running twice , and the sound worked properly this time when i closed one :) but no longer now :(

Note: split from end of this thread.

What are your system specs, etc.?

No problem. Actually it was me who split your post out of the other thread since it's a new problem (or, rather, you're a new person expreiencing the problem).

Let's see now...

Which version of Win98 are you running? Have you run Windows update recently?

What driver version do you have installed for your Soundblaster card? Have you updated recently?

What driver version do you have installed for your GeForce card? Have you updated recently?

You can get all of that info by running the DirectX diagnostic tools:

Start-->Run--> dxdiag.exe

Also - do you have any other peripheral devices running? (e.g. joystick, etc.) Are you running with no other TSRs? Did you disable the binkplayer by renaming the EU2\avi folder to EU2\avi_old ?

Let me know. :)

Thanks
