did GRR Martin hire Snowball to write the next book?

No I think that he has this rule "A book is never late! Nor is it ever early. It is finished precisely when I mean it to be!"

I adore SoI&F series.

But Martin is pushing the lines. Ive(we) already waited 4 years for the next instalment and tbh right now I think he'll be sooner dead than he releases anything. Seeing as he's...a little overweight his chances to wrap up the story are expotentialy lowering with every day.

PS. He could redeem himself in my eyes by finishing DotD this year and the next book next year...but who am I kidding.

Hello :) a few suggestions:
-In the series the years are counted since Aegon's Landing. When Joffrey was killed it was exactly new year's eve 299/300, so it would be good to set the date to precission, instead of begining with 1060. like stock ver.
-Will you be adding anything beyond Westeros? Adding Braavos might be cool. You could set their religion to the many-faced god, and make them extremely filthy rich, and set them to elective law.
Just my twopence :D
