What sub-mods are compatible?

I recently downloaded Congenital Overhaul, Colonize Valyria, No High Valyrian Culling as well as More Decisions . I started a custom Ironman game and the attached screenshot is what happened.

I tried to locate the problem but couldn't, are the sub-mods inter incompatible or Ironman incompatible?

Well, as far as I remember Congenital Overhaul is incompatible with More Decisions. Moreover the other mods are still not updated for AGOT 0.9.5 unless you're using 0.9.3 ?

And there is where I am making the mistake. I'll revert back to 0.9.3 now.

I use Congenital Overhaul and More Decisions under 0.9.5 and it works fine for me (or maybe there are bugs I didn't notice ? If that's the case, that's not very noticeable.)

However, I can confirm that Colonize Valyria is not compatible.
For some reason, it makes Houses Forrester and Whitehill unplayable and their counties (Ironrath and Highpoint respectively) have No Ruler.
