I sometimes like to use some pedestrian roads as large paths in areas outside of Pedestrian Areas (PA).
Unfortunately, some buildings will grow facing the pedestrian road instead of the main (normal) road.
Sometimes bulldozing and letting it regrow solves the issue, but sometimes it grows in facing the pedestrian road over and over and over again. It's frustrating, and it applies to each and every one.
When they grow in the right way, I typically make them historical so I can't accidentally bulldoze them, but even those sometimes switch to facing the pedestrian roads.
It would be nice if there is no PA and a building has the option of growing on a normal road or a pedestrian road, it would default to the normal road.
Building at right grew in on the pedestrian road (Vermont Street), instead of the normal road (Primrose Avenue).
Buildings that grew in properly and upgraded (level 4 here) should have grown on the normal roads (Mason Street and Smith Street) instead of the pedestrian road (Vermont Street). They shouldn't upgrade if they had not been facing the right way from the start. I am pretty sure this was after loading a save, not sure if that had anything to do with it.
