Yes indeed. The whole series.
If I recall right, Svea Rike III was the first 'Europa Universalis' game, before actual EU1 itself. The series focused on Sweden and Scandinavia.

looks like it. it's original release date was 2000. it was also re-released internationally in 2003 with the 1.07 patch for. EU2
