I've had this problem since I began playing Stellaris. I try to download a mod and it almost automatically says "Installation of this mod has failed". One such mod is the UI Overhaul Dynamic mod that I know gets a constant update. I don't know why this happens I've tried several methods others said might work with no luck.

There's a known issue in that area with Gamepass CK3, but not Stellaris.
Is this with any mod on mods.paradoxplaza.com no matter how small or what type?
Do the mod files appear in Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/mod folder?
