Why does every game launcher update result in Unable to Locate the Configuration File?

Just now my game launcher automatically updated from 2022.10 to 2022.11 and then when I opened it again I got an Unable to Locate the Configuration File error. This is very annoying and I uninstalled it and reinstalled it again in order to update it successfully
