Okay, 'everyone' might be a bit of a stretch, but I get a 100 prestige hit whenever I take 90% of the people around me. When I go to the diplomatic map, the situation seems really similar for most of the other states as well. It basically looks like all heads of state are allied with one another. Does anyone have any idea why this is?
EDIT: Started a new game as someone else, all heads of state were allied.
RESOLVED: Restarting the game completely seems to fix this error.
