Doing an AEIOU run and wanting to add Dharma to make eastern expansion a little easier and maybe even pick up the Ostenders achievement too. Will buying and including Dharma mid-game ruin my run thought?
For context, last game I played was GB and I added the AoW/CS/RoM pack mid-game and was still able to get some achievements (like Industrial Evolution) so it seems to work.. but I wanted to nervously get confirmation.

If you plan to buy it anyway, you could always copy the savefile elsewhere on your computer as a backup and check if it works with the new expansion added in. If not, just overwrite it with the copy and you've risked nothing. If, on the other hand, you only want Dharma for the achievement, I'm less confident that it would actually work. Still, it very well might do so.

Thanks for the response. I did just that and right before I could continue the campaign the game gave me a warning that achievements would be null. A nice gesture; now I'm just confused why it didn't affect the Britain run. I suspect it has to do with the fact that the Austria mission tree changes slightly depending on whether you have Dharma or not.
