Windowed mode - Mouse interacts with game even when its in the background

Hello!

- Game in windowed mode and is inactive in the background.
- Browser on top of the game and is the active window.

While using my browser, the game still detects the mouse and will scroll the game map,
or move the game mouse pointer, etc. Doesn't look like clicks are detected, though.

Same here. And the sound continues as well, even when alt-tabbed.

Sound continues because it seems to be borderless windowed instead of fullscreen. Mouse problem seems like a bug.
