Hi, I use a Windows 10 laptop. After the 1.35 update, the naval automation mechanism is not working as it did before. The ships go for repair at a distant location and does not automatically rejoin the original navy, as shown below. Instead, the ships float around and say they are about to join their orignal navy but do not do so. I checked the mechanics of the navy, and it is the same as before. What can I do to rectify this?

Any mods involved?

@grotaclas do you know if this is a design change of some sort, a bug, or perhaps a corrupt installation?
 
AFAIK there was an attempt to make the repair prefer provinces with a shipyard. Maybe that's why they go relatively far in this case. That they don't rejoin the fleet afterwards is definitely a bug. This doesn't just affect repairs, but also new ships and new land units and there are also cases where you can't merge two fleets/armies if one of them is on a mission. There are already several bugreports about the various aspects of the problem. For example:
