Hello, I've recently started playing again but I've been having issues. My computer will freeze up, the cursor doesn't work, the sound bugs out, and I am forced to do a hard reboot. Ctrl+Alt+Delete, Alt+Tab, Windows Key, etc...nothing works, just frozen. Note that I get past the launcher just fine and sometimes I can play for hours without any problems. I have no idea what the incidents share beyond me playing as a republic in the Balkans (Venice). Oh, but then again the first instance was as a feudal lord in the same area. I have validated the files on steam, but I have yet to try doing a clean reinstall.

Here is my DxDiag, settings.txt, and system.log. Please help me find out what may be going wrong...I really don't enjoy hard rebooting my laptop. :( It used to be a crash to desktop, I don't care about those, but this is really making me upset!

You are playing on an old Intel video system, which has never been supported hardware for this game. Perhaps the game has grown to the point where that is unsustainable, I'm not sure.

Change settings.txt:
refreshRate=60
fullScreen=yes
borderless=no

If that doesn't help, Please report the temperatures of your CPU and video (GPU)
1/ before starting the game up and
2/ after say 30 minutes' play.
If your PC's vendor has given you no way of reading temperatures, install
