[Xbox One X] Game crashes when zooming into Freight Station

Game crashes when zooming into Freight Stat which is placed in an Forest Industry Area

All DLC available for Xbox

What mods are you using?

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I started a new city and I built my fist 2 freight stations, connecting them to the exit connections of the city. Since then, when zooming into the Freight Station which is placed in a Forest Industry Area, the game freezes with a strange sound and then the screen turns black, leaving to the Xbox main menu.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
Every time I zoom into the Freight Station.

There does seem to be a link to the forestry and crashing, though most people have said it’s caused by placing the worker barracks. It still seems that forestry of some description is causing a lot of crashing issues for Xbox players

I deleted the Forestry Industry Area around the station, but the crash is still there.
