Yugoslavia Allied bug

Not sure if this bug has been seen before, As Germany, I worked the relations with Yugoslavia up to a point where they would accept an alliance. They accepted, but almost immediately an event saying: 'Yugoslavia defies Pact of Steel' appears and there is a "Germany gears up for war option" After this disappears, Yugoslavia cannot be declared war on and it signs 1 year peace treaties with all of Germany's enemies (except for Colombia for some reason, which it is still allied with the Axis in a war against). The bring to alliance option still comes up however, and the declaration of war button says "Cannot declare war until *Insert current month and year here*" (i.e. If its any day in June 1943, it says, cannot declare war until June 1943) Even over a year later when all treaties expire, the situation remains the same, unable to invade and unable to ally. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks :confused:
