Interesting. Does it mean that you own children will develop frienships and relationships with other children? Or is this just if your character is a child? Have some "first love" events been introduced for teens too? I have always thought that Children did not have much special for them.

Only rulers will be able to hold the activity, but your child might be invited to, for example, a fellow vassal's playdate if that vassal is a child!

I am really happy that additional events are being added, particularly additional childhood events.

I have a question though: Are there any plans to add additional childhood *personality* events? I personally think there should be more of them, and a while ago I made a thread in the suggestion forum with some ideas.

We have no concrete plans for this, but I agree that more variety is always fun. Thank you for the suggestions, it's always great to see!

does this mean that adults will be able to sway/murder underage characters or that adolescent children will gain access to these schemes?

That older children will have access to the schemes

I surely hope that you have not forgotten us who are entering the fall season in the Southern Hemisphere. Yes, CK3 makes it even down here.

As far as the other announcements, I am happy to get more events. They are fun and enjoyable.

Sweden got snow after I wrote this, so I think this greeting failed on multiple levels!!

I always love childhood focused content. As much as it's a small part of the game it feel really different and refreshing to have to play a child character every then and now.
One of my best CKIII memories was when my child character got a childhood crush event, but sadly the girl was already bethroated (then married as she was older) so as soon as I could I planned to murder the guy, then I also had to murder the duke at whose court she went to live because he didn't want to accept my marriage proposal (and she liked it too much to move to my court). Really sweet memories when I finally could marry her though.
More flavor like this is always welcome.

could be possible in the future to have features like renaming kids (as in CKII) or coronation names ( you also have something similar in CKII, but after conversion from pagan religions)?

I personally really like the idea, but we cannot make any promises about such a feature atm. Going forward we are of course always looking for ways to improve the game, so keep the suggestions coming and we'll keep them in mind!

Will previous saves, aka the ones from now, be compatible with the new update?

The exact amount of fixes and goodies in the patch isn't clear yet, so it is impossible to say at this time. Hopefully not! (but also breaking savegames also means something cool was added so maybe: hopefully yes?)
