Has the age of atom been renamed to age of rocketry or is rocketry not a standard age? All the buildings and improvements shown here seem pretty standard.

Age of Atom has been renamed to Age of Rocketry. There's a few ages, national spirits, and other things that are still getting polished names, but hopefully this is the last big one that's gotten changed since we've started sharing information about the game.

Does that mean that one cannot do foreign export i.e. to export goods to other nations?

Our trade system doesn't currently support "foreign export" or "domestic import".

I don't see how sending goods away to foreign nations would currently help you in any way, and the idea of paying an import fee to receive a duplicate good from another one of your regions short-cuts the intent behind domestic export. Not saying there's no solutions or reasons to include these ideas, but they aren't currently in the game.

An element of that is baked-in too. If you look through the Goods, some provide Wealth and a number of them are Wealth-heavy in their value. This represents those Goods being moved into a market where they are sold.
