Yes, they are! I'll have the following line added to the changelog, it seems to have been missed.

Code:
- Fixed map overhaul mods crashing on Mac when they went over a certain amount of province/borders. This should address the issue of most major total conversion mods failing to start on Mac.

Wow, what a great change in performance! Thank you very much for your work! Are there any plans to increase the cpu instructions requirements in the future to further improve performance?
No plans for now. Making AVX a minimum requirement would cut off some users and so far I don't expect huge gains from it.

nice, i hope i can finally use DX11 with the new update. Until now i only get a black screen
I'm not aware of that particular issue. But obviously we can't test on every combination of GPU/driver version/operating system. Could you open a bug report attaching your logs and dxdiags?

I already sort of nuked your statements on steam, but to re-assert what I have stated, the multi core usage of games made by Paradox is so negligible, that you won't be able to tell a difference even if you disabled most of the cores and even hyperthreading. I speak from experience with over +10.000 hours of gametime across all titles by now, having played across multiple computers (with different setups) all these years as well. Experience, backed with facts (i usually run msi afterburner with CPU usage being recorded).
While I can only respect your dedication to our titles and franchises after all those hours, I'm fairly confident your experience of CK1, EU3 and other titles we released in the 2000s are not relevant to the core usage of a 2023 release.
