Haven't seen it in the changelog, but @PDX Big Boss stated that he likes the idea of giving Germany the old Prussian grey color, but he has to ask his colleagues first. I'm curious wether that change made it, even though its kinda small, I would really love it :p
I am 100% in favor of this change, however it came about a bit too late for release

Local reinforcement cost modifier (Affects reinforcement costs of friendly units in this province)
Funnily, this was my first idea for the Hospital Mosque of Divirgi monument, to grant enormous amounts of local reinforce speed (among other bonuses). This is something I would love to see in the game, as well c:
Here you go, buddy.
Just insert it in steamapps/common/Europa Universalis IV/common/countries and done.
Its not Ironman compatible I think though, so I hope the Developers will do it for the bugfix patch, as it took me only a minute.
The issue with inserting changes into the game that late is that it could compromise the stability of the build. It takes a lot of time to produce the release candidate build and forgetting a bracket or misspelling even a single line of script can have disastrous consequences.
I can't quite find the info anywhere: do I need the new expansion to get the Russian missions or will Third Rome be enough?
Yes, to access the Domination mission tree for Russia you will need Domination
No changes to stackwipes rules? RIP EU4 for me :(

Fixed!
And we still don't know what is the new color of Tlemcen.
Old Portuguese colour
The Suzhou section of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal should pass through Suzhou, Zhenjiang and Yangzhou instead of Suzhou, Zhenjiang and Nanjing
Can you provide some sources on this ? If that's the case I can look into making a possible fix about this in a future patch, if time allows for it
Where Basque Mission Tree.
@Aldaron also wanted one (He is Basque)

It feels disappointing that Spain is not getting the Spanish Inquisition idea.
It does have, though, the Palacio de la Aljaferia which was Inquisitions's Headquarters.

Oh, you didn't mention that in the Art DD.

@Dakka, aplogies if I mislead you.
Perhaps there is a misunderstanding? I think I mentioned exactly this case in the dev diary :D
Veterans from the days of the pre-order bonus might already notice that some of these units cross-over with the Hundred Years War Unit Pack. If you have that DLC active, the Burgundy tag (for example) will continue to use the original Hundred Years War unit for Tier 1 before switching to the new Burgundian units for 2, 3, and 4.

But did you actually swap the ideas "Devout Christianity" and "Spanish Inquisition" for Castille and Spain?

Back in DD for Spain @Pavía said:
"We'll give a second thought to the 'Devout Catholicism' and 'Spanish Inquisition' tweak, thanks for the feedback. ;)"
I will tag my friend @Pavía for this.

Wait, what..?

I take it that in the first sentence "Asturias" means a province, that was moved, the text is a bit confusing.
Indeed.

Asturias estate has been renamed to North Castile and old Castile estate to South Castile. The province of Asturias has been moved to the Leon estate. Hopefully this clarifies it all.

Any reason why the Siam national ideas were butchered, and without much, if any, discussion at all? Before there was the option of forming them as a steppe horde to take advantage of the cav fire, now that's gone, and a niche playthrough option has been removed. Could we at least be told why, if you won't consider reverting it?
