I'm sorry if I can't reply to all of you, but I can at least answer a few questions that popped up.

Looks really nice! Always love the art DD. It was really cool to see the process art team used to assemble and create the loading screens for this DLC. Also it looks like we have Tannu Tuva achievement! Finally, the portraits looks glorious! Cannot wait to get see some of the other portraits, although it did seem a bit tilted that almost all the portraits were from the SOV/RUS.

Could we see some Baltic portraits?
Here are a few more of my favorites. Enjoy.

Happy to oblige. :)

Any new factions and are you able to reveal any of them?

Are all the portraits DLC portraits or are some free?
Actually, most of the portraits that you see here will be in the base game and will not be DLC locked. ;)

Do non-downscaled versions of all HOI4 portraits exist?
Alas, not all. :(

A question if I may - which monitor(s) model do the game artists use? And do in-house testers get the same monitor models?
Oh boy, I wish I could give you a concrete answer, but this really varies. Especially during the current lockdown/working-from-home situation. Generally speaking it tends to be a Dell monitor of one kind or another.

Oh, I though this will be standardized in studio - to make sure that all artists had the same settings when working.

How else will you ensure that for example artists doing portraits of UK generals all use the same shade of green for uniforms?
This is actually surprisingly simple. We have a photoshop file which contains a pallet of the colors we would use. This way, the monitor calibration doesn't really come into play that much since everyone gets the correct RGB value from the pallet anyway.

Then I guess you use some form of usb color calibration tools? Can one ask which ones?
There is a calibration tool that we used when at the office. Now its mostly each artists responsibility to make sure that their monitor doesn't cause strange graphical bugs. We do also have the option to request our work PC to be sent home to use for work purposes.

I really hope and wish you'd overwork the leader portraits of other countries, trotsky also still has the same portrait from the looks of it, the artstyle gap is too large to go unnoticed, especially generic leader portraits.

The new portraits are looking quite good.

Hopefully there will be a new one for Stalin. He desperately needs it. Also, Trotsky..

With all these new and reworked portraits, are you guys planning to give Stalin and Trotsky also a rework? Since they both look outdated now.

Note that only portraits that were truly off have been reworked, those that were created back in the time using time-unaccurate references. I'm talking about age, we are aware that there are some inconsistencies and inaccuracies with some of the uniforms too, but we only had so much time and resources to invest on this.

Here you can see all the Soviet generals who have undergone the most sophisticated rejuvenating treatment:
