New Zealand Hubs Update

Hello everyone,
Many of you have pointed out that some of our airport data may seem outdated.
In addition to continuing to add airports on a regular basis, we have decided to update our reference data for each Hub's PAX. We have taken the 2019 data as our baseline, which is the last year of growth before the impact of the global pandemic on the air transport industry.
As these changes may result in the need to reorganize your flights in the country concerned, and we know that some of you have large fleets, we have decided that, for the 7 days following the update, all Mass tools (pricing and restructuring) will be accessible for free and free of charge on all departure Hubs in the country affected by the update.
We started with the New Zealand Hubs. The update will take place on March 30th
How does the Hubs buff/nerf work?
As a reminder, an increase in the number of PAXs means an increase in demand to and from that Hub, but it also means an increase in the price of the Hub and the airport tax that you pay on each flight.
A decrease in the number of PAXs means a decrease in demand to and from that Hub, but also a decrease in the Hub price and the airport tax you pay on each flight.
However, the impact on price and tax of the evolution of the number of PAX is not directly proportional but is weighted.
For example, for the Hub NSN that sees its number of PAXs multiply by eight, its price and airport tax will increase but will be less severe.
Impact on cargo
On the other hand, a change in cargo only affects cargo demand, either positively or negatively, and does not affect the Hub price or its airport tax.
In addition, there are some airports where cargo activity has been stopped, but in order not to penalize the cargo players, we chose to keep the previous values.

Vous avez été nombreux à nous faire remarquer que certaines de nos données aéroportuaires pouvaient sembler datées.
En plus de continuer à ajouter régulièrement des aéroports, nous avons décidé de mettre à jour nos données de référence pour les PAX de chaque Hub. Nous avons pris comme base de référence les données de 2019, qui est la dernière année de croissance avant l'impact de la pandémie mondiale sur l'industrie du transport aérien.
Comme ces changements peuvent entraîner la nécessité de réorganiser vos vols dans le pays concerné, et que nous savons que certains d'entre vous ont des flottes importantes, nous avons décidé que, pendant les 7 jours suivant la mise à jour, tous les outils de masse (tarification et restructuration) seront accessibles gratuitement et sans frais d'utilisation pour tous les Hubs du pays concerné par la mise à jour.
Nous avons commencé par les Hubs de Nouvelle-Zélande. La mise a jour aura lieu le 30 Mars.
Comment fonctionne le buff/nerf des Hubs
Pour rappel, une augmentation du nombre de PAX signifie une augmentation de la demande au départ et à destination de ce Hub, mais aussi une augmentation du prix du Hub et de la taxe aéroportuaire que vous payez sur chaque vol.
Une diminution du nombre de PAX signifie une diminution de la demande au départ et à destination de ce Hub, mais aussi une diminution du prix du Hub et de la taxe aéroportuaire que vous payez sur chaque vol.
Cependant, l'impact sur le prix et la taxe de l'évolution du nombre de PAX n'est pas directement proportionnel mais est pondéré.
Par exemple, pour le Hub NSN qui voit son nombre de PAX multiplié par huit, son prix et sa taxe d'aéroport augmenteront mais seront moins importants.
Impact sur le cargo
En revanche, un changement dans le fret n'affecte que la demande cargo, que ce soit positivement ou négativement, et n'affecte pas le prix du Hub ou sa taxe aéroportuaire.
De plus, il y a certains aéroports où l'activité cargo a été arrêtée, mais afin de ne pas pénaliser les joueurs cargo, nous avons choisi de garder les valeurs précédentes.
