Many goodly words.
Obviously I can't speak for Grekulf. But from where I'm sitting, the recent content is fresher in our minds. Plus the work that is required to buff them up is a bit less involved than some of the older content.

As you mentioned hiveminds are arugably neglected, well to properly address that would be a longer term project and maybe out of scope for what we can deliver in the next patch cycle.

Rest assured though we are talking about the older content.

another question, can we get catalytic processing for rogue servitors? i find i've become pretty addicted to it for my consumer goods heavy builds, and I have not played servitors since it came out

Catalytics should be available to all machines unless they have the Resource Consolidation origin.

omg you're right! was this always the case? did I simply imagine that rogue servitors were banned from using the civic? i could have sworn I'd seen it somewhere that servitors couldn't do it?

anyways, as soon as I'm done with this aquatics build, onto testing out the new ecu servitors! :)

Likely because in the development build used for the screenshots of the dev diaries showing off the Plantoids stuff added in 3.1 they were mutually exclusive - which we ended up changing for the release.

Oh man stellaris peasants war when?

Gods, that was far more complex to test than it had any right to be! o_O

It was the same build but with meta data changes to get around a launch issue some players were seeing.
