More depth to, and room for player agency in, internal politics is cool. A part of me is worried, though, that features in early dlc content will end up relatively neglected later on in the Victoria 3's lifecycle.
Good news, Agitators is a free feature so we can easily keep iterating on it as much as we want

Good afternoon, awesome and can't wait to see more. However,i have a few questions:
1)How moddable agitators will be?Can we create new ones for a specific country for example?
2)As far as i know,it was mentionned before the game release that you don't plan to release the Victoria 2 soundtrack pre-order bonus in the future. Is this still the plan or will you release it later, similar to how CK3,Imperator and EU4 did it?
3)Obviously,this won't be an interaction in Vanilla, but is it possible to mod an interaction where you can assasinate agitators for rp reasons?
Thanks for any replies about this.
I can't answer 2) but:
1) Extremely moddable
3) Absolutely. Next week I'll talk about exactly how you can do this, we have a new system for character interactions.

It would be really cool if some agitators would fight for independence of their homeland, if their culture/religion is oppressed.
Not something that's coming in 1.3, but if we do a Nationalism/Secessions rework we would absolutely incorporate Agitators into that

Are those graphics available only when playing as France?
Building models are geographically selected, so they will always show up in France (assuming you have the DLC enabled) regardless of which country you play.

Other cosmetics - UI skin, paper map, new table and table assets - are enabled regardless of which country you're playing, but can be turned on and off as a separate DLC entry in the launcher. You won't be able to turn on and off individual cosmetic components though (like the map but not the UI skin) - we're working on this functionality but it won't be ready in time for May 22nd.

Will we be seeing the Revolutions of 1848 happening with this immersion pack? I'd love to see a major getting a revolution in or around '48 and causing a tidal wave of turmoil around Europe. If France is the originator all the better.
We've done a lot of tweaking to the 1848 content and involved Agitators more centrally :)

Are ALL agitators historical people or will we get generated ones ? will the historicall ones be garanteed to be generated or will they have a chance ?(the ones that show post startdate ofc, since the game is 100 years)
There are both historical and randomly generated agitators. The historical agitators will spawn under historically appropriate conditions, and they're not guaranteed every game.

I'm glad we got rid of focus trees as the basis for DLCs and moved on to journals. Plus ça change....
I'm glad people like Journal Entries as a system of content delivery. I still think there's plenty more improvements we can make to them though!

So if I manage to marginalize the Junkers, I can exile Bismarck? And another country can then invite him and he will become an agitator there? Am I reading this correctly?

EDIT: I misread the tool tip. It says "TUs are not Marginalized"
If you want to Exile Bismarck, you just need to make sure the Junkers aren't in government, marginalized, or insurrectionary

Can every state send people into exile or are there exceptions? Maybe banned by freedom of speech or guaranteed liberties?
Good guess! Protected Speech prevents you from exiling characters, and other laws in that category affect how many Radicals are created when you exile someone
