It's like you're going out of your way to stop my voting for Jester or something.

*If anyone really needs this spoon-fed: the Xeno vote came in a minute before the deadline when no one could've possibly helped put him in the tie, there was no argumentation or request for other vote switches in the original post, Jens was online and actively mucking around in the hour before the vote and would've heard from an actual birdie before then, goodies would've saved the info and vote until the next day rather than tie two unknowns.

Further, even though this is obviously not JL and probably has too much lying to just be a dumb goodie getting his jollies, even if it were a goodie getting his jollies it's worth lynching him to remind people sh*t like this doesn't not help the village.

See, you have this right up to the edit. The man is obviously lying and at least some sort of baddie. Is there any useful information to be gained from his throwing out a name at random? You can't even assume it's a non-packmate with certainty.

Considering that the baddies don't have scanners, what happens is that we possibly don't kill Jens, who is clearly at least a cultist. And that's bad.

Xeno might be from the other pack, but Jens has no way of knowing that and the odds are pretty good he isn't. Possibly scan Xeno, but kill Jens with rope and fire and then throw the corpse in the volcano.
 
The idea behind finding out who Jens information source is (I seriously doubt there is one mind you) is that then if he miraculously turns out to be good we have someone else to look at.

Hmmm... a vote for Jensthemens seems the obvious choice here, but then my wolf radar hasn't quite warmed up for this game yet.
So what choices are there? We lynch Jens, yet if he turns out to be a regular evil genius we lose the 'little birdie' who we should be targeting. We lynch Xeno, and if he turns out to be a secret agent we know we've got the makings of a Justice League (or is that an Injustice League?) in Jens and his feathered pal.
(or vice-versa, of course...)
However we could simply have a wolf and a cultist playing a very cute game.
I've no idea, and will watch to see how this one turns out.
Now, where did I put that popcorn smiley...

The actions of Jens make no sense at all except if he's a wolf. And a silly one at that. There is no reason whatsoever to go for a three-way tie. Even if you know one of those is a baddie killing two goodies isn't worth it.

As I see it getting unkowns out the way is good. less people to try and figure out.
 
Im going for the late voters and working back.. Thus Vote Jensthemens. Im thinking more a wolf vote snipe for a tie than innocent.

It doesn't have to be that and its not. It is far far more likely that Jens was hoping to just survive one more day.

Also you seem to have changed your tune abit. At first you wanted to run us both up leaving room for sniping now you want to lynch Jens?

Maybe you are his packmate and are trying to keep him alive after his rather foolish attempt at a 3 way tie.

Maybe, but you didn't need to speak at all. If you had shut up, we would've just lynched Jens and there never would've been any suspicion on you other than my little post. Your coming out so strongly and so quickly against Jens just brings further suspicion on you.

I have not changed my tune at all. I still don't trust you, and I still want to run you up along side Jens. My reasons for that have changed from analysis to thinking that you are a baddie, but that is irrelevant.

As you can see, I've been wanted Jens dead the whole time, but I didn't want this day be a total loss for the village, and it has proven to not be a loss. This day is getting a bunch of data to analyze. Mostly from you.
 
The reason I have been going so strong is because if we try and run two people up with one of them being a wolf we will end up killing only the villager involved.

Right now we have only gotten 2 wolves, one from each pack, and 2 cultists one from each pack. Also there has been an unaligned cultist(unless hdk's affiliation was just accidentally left out of the update.)

Looking at that it is probably safe to say that we still have at least 2 wolves left in each pack. That would give us the standard three wolf pack. Since there have been no no hunt nights nobody has been turned.

So, with only 12 players left, wolves likely make up a third of those remaining and then there might be more cultists as well to tip that balance further in their favor.

With this set up I just cannot see any good coming from running up an almost certain baddie with someone he has accused, or anyone else for that matter.

Edit: Alright I fixed my screw up were I counted the wolves twice, once as cultists once as wolves, which gave me 4 cultists from 2 packs.

Because with this set up we need every possible analytical device we can find, and we can't afford to lose days to mindless bandwagons.

Besides, I'm still not convinced that you are a goodie. I'll probably only be convinced now if you die, or a JL comes out and tells us not to lynch you.

I see Crovax.
It seems Xeno knows something we don't that there are two cultists to each pack. Cause I only see 1 dead cultist from each pack and 1 unaligned.

This is ridiculous. I've seen some bad wolves in my time (and been one once or twice :eek:o), but is there any evidence not pointing to Jensthemens? I thought you were a fairly experienced player.
