Sorry a bit late for that You already are involved in war and it's currently Stalemate. The Bulgarian army units on the front in this region are on the Defensive while the Main part of the army is attacking Salonika.

The rightful government of China maintains neutrality in the current conflict, as it can not afford to send troops to an international conflict when it is facing one at home. We stress our desire for international recognition and hope for future ties with many great nations.​

OOC: Romania is in this conflict, actually, and has been royally trounced. Basically, almost everything Romania yet controls is north of the Danube, and that by virtue of the Danube itself as a defensive line.

New Government Forms Amidst Civil Unrest
Petrograd - The Provisional Government has today been official formed, under the lead of Menshevik leader and politician Iraki Tsereteli. After the unacceptable nature of the initial government formed by Prince Georgy Lvov at the behest of former Tsar Nicholas II was made clear by the Menshevik and Social Revolutionaries, the Provisional Government fell briefly into infighting between the reactionary minority of the Kadets and Octobrists and the democratically-representative majority of the agrarians, Menshevik, and Social Revolutionaries. "The dictates of the ever-encroaching German Army and the needs of the nation have led us to this compromise," Tsereteli announced to the people of Petrograd. "We have assumed leadership in the Provisional Government because we understand the needs of the nation, and because we will not rest until we have forged a new democratic constitution, one that truly represents the all the people of Russia." The new Provisional Government has also announced that they are accelerating the push for election to a Constituent Assembly that will write a constitution to form the basis for the new Russian government, arguing that contrary to the Kadets and Progressives demands, the war is no excuse to set aside the will of the people.

I demand the war between Russia and Germany to end right now! We, as the workers of Petrograd shall not tolerate this! WE, AS THE PROLETARIAT SHALL RISE!

OOC: Western front, dying with the rest of the British army. Although they do have tanks now.

OOC: You can, but no major actions. Your limited to moving troops about and trying to gain public support.
