Since I've reached my PM quota and am too lazy to clear that box right away, I'll just respond in the thread to a PM I received.

Either way, the village wins from now on. seer + 3 scanned villagers outnumbers 3 unscanned players. Voting off 1 unscanned a day will ensure our win.

You're right - THE_SPLIT has nothing to gain from saying what he just said if he's evil. If he's good, of course, it could make Nautilu or snoop surrender and win him the game.

Therefore, plan: We get Nautilu lynched today - nobody can stop us - and scan snoop. If snoop's a villager, we announce THE_SPLIT is the last wolf and win. If snoop's a wolf, we out him. Either way, I can reveal that I'm the seer tomorrow, providing I survive the night.

A classic case of a mega-JL overwhelming the wolves, eh?
Well, good.

Lying in the thread about how many unscanned villagers there are isn't going to help though. And SPLIT .. well, that is some smart wolf play right there, especially if King is playing along. But King .. if king was playing along, he'd be affecting the game as a ghost, and he knows he isn't allowed to do that. So he must have really thought that SPLIT wasn't lying. Therefore, SPLIT isn't a wolf. (And King affected the game unwittingly. Not that it matters a terrible lot, with this mega-JL..)

So, let's tie Snoop and Nautilu today, and see what happens.

Sorry about that. I figured if he was lying he would pm me, and if he was telling the truth it wouldn't matter.

It's true that whoever the last wolf is, he has lost the game. All he gains from carrying on from now just denies a couple of players a win.

I was wondering if SPLIT and Snoop would figure out there were actually 3 unscanned players....

I don't see it as mega-JL either. If the wolves had hit the seer yesterday, it could still have gone differently, as I really thought you were the best wolf suspect. Also, what if the wolves had picked off JL members early. A seer with no JL doesn't do much.

Consider that the three dead wolves were also never scanned. It is just bad luck for them that ese and hdk went the first two days. What if the seer was lynched day 1? I have seen those games also happen. Such is the luck. The wolves should have tried to prevent the first two dying.

Anyway, Nautilu (or snoop) gets lynched today, the other scanned, and we will know SPLIT's role by deduction.
 
Trespoe, if you switch to voting a third party like yourself or me, Nautilu and snoop are tied. If the wolf is one of those two, he can do the honourable thing and commit seppuku by unvoting his opponent. If the wolf is SPLIT, he ought to surrender now as he can't win either.
 
Yes, I could have played along, but considering the fact that we're down to two-and-a-half suspect, a tie is just neater. It ends the game today, and if it doesn't end today, we lynch split tomorrow.
And playing along would have meant no tie today. Yes, it *might* have caused the last wolf to surrender, but .. this also might cause the last wolf to surrender :p

Convince the last wolf to do the honourable thing and surrender, then. By unvoting you at the last second, preferably :p
