I believe an appropriate caption here is "HOLY SEE-T".

Geddit? Geddit?

Apparently, the King of Georgia possesses titanium balls:

I suppose the Idea is that if there are less of you, there are less people for the enemy arrows to hit :p.

I'd be afraid.
Very afraid.

I'm just observing now (the caliph just started stripping me of titles, i considered it game over and refuse to pick another nation, now I want to see where the AI takes this)

The Fatimids laughed at the pathetic Seljuks falling to rebellions so they took Anatolia from them before invading Greece.

They have pretty high decadence, but all the Caliph's subjects love him.

And now they.. you know what? Pictures may do it more justice:

France inherited Castille (who was actually successful in driving back the muslims!)

Yeah, keep us updated, looks like a promising screenshot AAR.

I'm afraid it gets a bit boring in the following years. A new dynasty takes over, civil wars bog it down, crusade for Italy is won by Scotland during one to lower CA.

I haven't taken any screenshots during all that time.

It's something the AI does, at least to know knowledge, against invasions since more land taken = more to the victor. Plus it seems muslim invasions remove the income loss of recently conquered/religion/culture if the county is taken before victory is declared.

So, I spent 381 years building a Croatian empire. Started as the Zadar count and did all the dirty work just for France, which spent most of the game as a tiny kingdom, to come in and take over with only a few years left in the game. I married off one of my daughters who wasn't my immediate heir, to a French prince who wasn't the direct heir, but after a couple of coincidental deaths, my grandson became the King of France and my future heir. Fortunately, it was a matrilineal marriage and even though my empire became France, it was still my dynasty.

Maybe not that strange, but it's the 1st time it happened to me. It was unexpected and I was a little choked that France didn't become just a holding of Croatia and not the other way around.

Hajduk: You can make King of Croatia your main title. Click on a Croatian county, then om the Croatia banner. There should be a "make main title" option in the popup.

Also, it seems the ERE may be gone. Try taking Thrace (around Constantinople) and declare yourself emperor of the Latin Empire. (Search for the title)

Oh cool, thanks. I'm still pretty new... so much to learn
