part 15- a little war
On the 24th of June we mobilize for war against the Austrian menace so that we can acquire the land separating Italian controlled Balkans and Italy proper.
On the 19th of august the 1st Olympics comes to an end with our athletes out performing many other countries.
We don’t celebrate for long as war is declared on the 12th of September. We call our most important ally the German empire to aid us in defeating the weakened Austria. Austria’s most important ally France decides that it is incapable of aiding Austria and decides to remain neutral.
The first battle of the war end in victory as Bosnian, Greek and Italian soldiers defeat the Austrian army in Montenegro.
While we deal with a majority of the Austrian army Germany begins to occupy bohemia, Moravia and other large areas of Austria.

As the war continues our navy destroys the Austrian navy and blockades the coast. At the same time our mighty army forces Austria out of Bosnia and goes on the offensive in Tirol surrounding a huge Austrian army near the Alps.
On the 3rd of February 1896 Persia declares war on Azerbaijan and victory in the war against Austria is close as the Germans have nearly finished occupying over half of Austria.
On the 3rd of April the Austrian government accepts our offer of peace. Now our empire in the Balkans is connected to Italy proper it will be easier to defend and it will unite our empire.
On the 12th of July we accept an alliance offer from Belarus. And on the 16th we enact the balfour declaration.
On the 31st of December the 2nd Great War begins as the Soviet Union and Spain declares war on France and Austria to liberate rovne.
To the north Krakow is holding out against Poland. Krakow’s army of 33,000 men holds back the polish forces despite being outnumbered by nearly 3 to 1 by the polish army. For reasons unknown the polish government is unwilling to commit its entire army to the campaign perhaps in fear that the soviets might attack to the north.
On the 13th of April 1897 we have a model colony one that all over nations will try to base theirs on.
By November 1897 nearly all of Spain has fallen to France. It has become clear that this war will be decided by the Austrian and soviet militaries as the French have been denied military access by us and the Germans.
As Britain continues to wage war against china in the Far East thing turn grim for china as Britain captures Beijing and burns the summer palace to the ground.
On the 23rd of March 1898 Spain surrenders to France and is forced to give Catalonia and several colonies to the French.
In the east the Great War comes to an end in an Austrian victory with the Soviet Union falling to secondary power status. And the polish government fails to capture Krakow after 4 attempts to take the city and the war ends.
It has become clear that Britain has become power hungry as they declare war on Portugal for east Angola on the 17th of December 1899. After hearing of this act of aggression we immediately offer aid to the Portuguese government in the form of military and financial aid.
