UNVOTE The Super Pope
VOTE Falc

I am breaking the tie due to 2 reasons:

1: With only 10 players left, there is a good chance of getting more than 1 baddie, but also a chance of getting an important goodie. There is likely a seer and maybe a GA out there as well as a leader.

2: I don't like ties.

There, it is done - And I'll probably be hunted tonight anyway... :)

Shame I like ties so much then...

If TSP is the seer then feel free to vote me, but he acted far more wolfishly than falc, so don't see why we should only be lynching falc.

And the tie stands nonetheless..... Ok, we'll see now. Was a few seconds to late in spotting it.

Hope that you made the right call Jpr... :)

Day and Night Four

The Eurovision final is upon us!

The Vatican delegation to the contest failed to submit the results of their tele-vote - this may have had something to do with the fact that the population is 832. The Vatican submission was, therefore, disqualified from the contest. Meanwhile, the Belgian entry was awful, and received nil points from so many countries it was clear they could not get anywhere near the top half of the board.

While the Andorran host was reading out the results of their vote, she was savaged by werewolves on air. Despite the fact she carried a loaded pistol at all times, she failed to kill any of her assailants. A pity, since she could tell whether a person was a werewolf very easily.

Falc the pack-B second-in-command werewolf was lynched.
The Super Pope the villager with priestly powers was lynched.
Cliges the Hunter Seer was hunted by the werewolves.
Cliges the Hunter Seer failed to kill a werewolf.

Bugger... out of the two of them I was sure TSP was much more likely to be a werewolf... I really am crap at this game, sorry guys! At least he wasn't the seer...

Now before you all lynch me, go back through the arguments for voting for either Falc or TSP and tell me TSP didn't seem the better vote at the time! If you do lynch me it will be for making a stupid mistake, not for being a werewolf. With the seer dead that's a waste of a lynch whilst the wolves hunt those that remain... So rather than vote me shall we try and figure out who the remaining wolves are?

How dare you hunt me! I made an analysis!

We might as well rename this game Wolves Hunt Opponents or something.

Care to explain why you think I'm a wolf? If you think it was because I was trying to protect falc, I'm not stupid enough to think changing my vote at the last second would save him. He was clearly going to die and if I was in his pack, all changing my vote from him would do, would be to condemn myself to die next. It's only because I'm not a wolf in his pack that I did what I did... So basically the fact I look so obviously wolfish is proof that I'm not a wolf!

And if you do think I'm stupid enough to do that, why would I have voted for him in the first place? I would have gone for TSP when I made my first vote.

Also go look at last game when I was actually a wolf. I sat back and just went with where people were voting, I never made any big calls, kept quiet and did my best not to stand out. I'm clearly not doing that this game and the reason is I am a villager... Why would I bother changing my vote as I did if I were a werewolf? What benefit was there for me to do it? The only reason I had for doing it was that I genuinely thought TSP was a wolf. I would have to have been a monumentally stupid wolf to do what I did. That, or a villager.

I'd still like someone to point out how I was meant to know TSP was a villager and falc the wolf, 'cos as far as I'm concerned TSP was far more wolfish at the time.

I'm going to take a chance and trust jpr here. That TSP got lynched is more of his own fault than jpr's. He had no bloody reason at all to save wolfsemesas. And I don't think a supposedly newbie wolf would risk himself so much just to bring an additional villager down with his packmate. Especially when it is likely that he would be, at best, the last red wolf, considering the amount of players (It would then be 3 wolves + 1 cultist in a pack, + 1 sorc, giving 9 baddies out of 18 players, for a 50% baddie ratio, which is a bit high for a two pack game imho, but doable. Or tamius decided to get creative with the setup with asymmetric packs or something).

I too would at least like to consider the situation before going Mindless Bandwagon on jpr.

Looking back and thinking it over, TSP chose between 2 where Falc kept another player in the running.

I'll need to think a bit over this.

I think its safe to assume packs are either two or three wolves, so there is either just one wolf left or three.

If there were only two wolves in a pack, pack B is dead. The remaining wolf was pack-mates with Xarkan, but as he died night 1, we don't have much to go on... No one ever voted for him, and the only person he voted for died and turned out to be a villager. So it could basically be anyone...

If there are three in a pack there's one left in pack B and two in A. Once again we have don't have much to go on in figuring out other pack A members as Xarkan's death told us very little as far as I can tell. With pack B however we can see there are three people who never voted either ese or falc: Valhala, reis and jack.

I assume people voting me think I'm part of pack B, so I'll just point out that I put both ese and falc in danger with my votes, and could easily have saved ese if I had wanted. And if I was a werewolf in pack A then I had no reason to change my vote just before the end of day 4, as I wouldn't have known any more than a villager, so would be making myself look suspicious for no reason.

So I suggest either Valhala, reis or jack is likely to be the last member of pack B. As far as I can tell from skimming though posts none of them voted for the known werewolves at all, let alone at the end of the day (edit - turns out reis did vote ese at one point so he's not quite as suspicious as the other 2). Now of course a werewolf might have voted for another werewolf to throw people off the scent, but seeing as they both died in tied votes, it would have been very easy to save said werewolves if you were voting them. That's all I've got for the minute.
