In my recent Random Lucky Nations game Granada survived until the 1520s, possibly by being allied to a Morocco that eventually held all of North Africa from Ifni to Tunisia. Even gained some territory too by dogpiling a Castile that was being dismantled by France, Portugal and Aragon.
