Are their two other unannounced projects under development and if that case what could these two be?
One of them could be Victoria 3. So sad that they aren't going to announce Augustus.
Project Augustus is not a sequel, but they never said anything about these other two projects. Make of that what you will.

Make it that either at least one is not a PDS project(high probability), the other one should be Victoria 3 or Rome 2(but in very? early development).
Feels a bit like he is joking, as he said Gamescon and not the PDS convention, which was the question.
Once Paradox trolled. Everyone believed that it was serious.

There's no way Victoria 3 won't soon start development. HOI IV is soon out and some of their staff will probably switch over to designing core systems for Victoria 3.
But, does out really mean "out of the way" like you seem to be considering it?
It needs some continuos development, so a Victoria 3 would in that case be without our beloved podcat. What a shame that he can't be an octopus or clone himself somehow...
