What Mod do you hope for the most?

I'm hoping for an accurate Sol solar system (accurate asteroids, planets, dwarf planets, the works) and the nearest stars and their known exoplanets (what we don't know is randomly generated). I'd say about this many stars (http://www.newsfrombree.co.uk/starmap.gif) before things get 100% random for gameplay's sake.

A niche one I would like to see is Legend of Galactic Heroes, an anime set in space. Although there would have to be creative additions to that since it only really had taken place between humans.

I actually hadn't considered this. Imagine playing as the Galactic Padishah Empire and watching as some small but valuable planet has a revolt led by some noble. You think it won't be that big of a deal until two years later this small revolt has conquered everything you once controlled, taking the Golden Lion Throne. Even if it isn't Dune-specific, I want content like this to be in the game.
