Chronicled Achievements is compatible with patch 2.4.3 (and probably every patch since Charlemagne.)

But it is not timeless though? Because usually, the archives are not supported, but marking it as timeless means that it will be compatible with future patches.
It's timeless in the sense that it should work without change in future patches (assuming no change to the chronicle syntax), but isn't timeless in the sense that future DLCs will add more achievements that are triggered from flags set in events/achievements.txt. So... flavor or timeless, your judgement.
With that in mind, I believe that is timeless by the mod list's standards, as you can update the mod and add achievements to it, but it will still be technically compatible.
But that does not answer my question about the category. Text/Sound or Graphics/Interface? I assume the former, but it's easier if you choose as you are the one who made the mod.
I'd say text/sound, as while it uses an interface element (the chronicle), it doesn't really change it other than sending new text and pictures there (and the pictures are all vanilla event pictures.)
