I can use shift and space bar when using the mouse. It's multiple keyboard keys at the same time that I struggle with eg. running and jumping at the same time while maintaining direction.
Then I don't think you will have any problems. I seriously cannot remember any key combinations you need to use in those games. Except perhaps hotkeys. And firstly you needn't use hotkeys and secondly if you do you are paused anyway so can take as long as you want to do it. But I personally never really have used the hotkeys---they simply aren't necessary at all.

The only thing which might be a problem is the console. You open it by pressing § which on a Danish keyboard requires you to press shift + ½; but you can live perfectly fine without the console. The console is only for if you are modding or cheating.

The most complex action in Paradox grand strategy games (Europa Universalis 4, Crusader Kings II, Victoria 2, Hearts of Iron 3) would be dragging boxes around units, while possibly holding down shift or similar as a modifier.
The games are difficult from a gameplay perspective, but from a control perspective they're very simplistic.
Crusader Kings II has a demo you could try. It can be downloaded on its Steam page: http://store.steampowered.com/app/203770/
Don't EU 4 have a demo too? It at least had when it came out.

Here's a good question for the lot of you devs: What's your favorite drink? (if you drink at all of course). I prefer beer myself.

Alcoholic drink: Mojito
Beer: Old Rasputin Imperial Stout
Cider: Dry ones, Magners is OK and most ciders with elderflower are nice.
Wine: White, Tokaji or Riesling are my favorites
Hot beverage: Tea, with honey. Green tea: Jasmine. Black tea: Chai. Rooibos: Vanilla or chocolate.
Other: Mead.
Regular: Water, preferably sparkling with some kind of flavoring (the Ramlösa or Loka kind).

I went to Poland this summer and brought home Miodula, honey vodka, and Soplica Orzech Laskowy, hazelnut vodka. Both works very well in drinks.

They indeed do :)

Do you currently have plans to drop CKII and begin work on CKIII? If so, when will this change begin?
They never answer such things. Also CKII is stil rather new; only 3 years old.

I saw someone post something along the lines of maybe CKII may disappear on another thread and, due to the fact that (at least in my timezone) it's nearly midnight, I panicked unnecessarily.
Unless it is a dev who states it don't believe it. They never do such things. Old games don't juts disappear. In fact you can still get EU 1 at GoG as far as I know and that released in something like 1999.
Plus they would announce CKIII first and they wouldn't announce a new game this shortly after gamescon. There has always been speculation on when the sequel came---in fact I believe people started talking about when EUV come something like a week after the release of EUIV.

Also if you see something about time then always assume it is Swedish time. I.e. GMT+2 in the summer and GMT+1 in the winter; or in other words always 1 hour in front of Britain.

So that's what hipsters nowadays drink for... diabetes.

Yeah, I had to give up soft drinks. I can only drink beer now. It makes me so sad.
