Noon?It's barely noon, give it some time
No it isn't in Sweden. But it will be here around the afternoon, here in Sweden, Europe.
For the first 3 weeks they were posted fairly early, but for the last two weeks they have been posted in the late afternoon.
Hope we get it early, expect to get it late.

It will probably be latter than usual today since they are moving offices (at least according to Fridays HOI4 DD).

Come on, the EU4 diary on Thursday and the HoI4 one on Friday are sufficient to keep one hyped over the weekend until Stellaris DD hits on Monday afternoon, aren't they?but.......but the hype train NEEDS some DDs to run

Last week the person writing it was sick perhaps the plague has spread to other members of the team.
Today is our first day in our new office, so this morning was mostly taken up with looking around and getting stuff set up.
