Things that I learned:
1. Trying to calculate probabilities is useless
2. Never tell any supposed JL spokesperson your roll unless you are 100% sure they come from JL
3. I really suck at WW
4. COUNCIL ANALYSIS DOESN'T WORK

The shooting you thing was really well kept. The council thought of trying to shoot Ike, but sleepy decided to talk us out of it and go for you, apparently because you weren't scanned. I think only Sleepy, JM, me, and Johho were in the loop about that, and it was only decided like two hours before deadline.
Sleepy came up with it? Well he was my rival, so he probably just wanted me dead and didn't think he could lynch me.

I messaged gorgan after he subbed in, but guess he wasn't in the loop for deciding to shoot me.
He indeed wasn't in the loop for that; in fact Gorgan wasn't really in the loop for anything. Before subbing out Ithvan ran everything and told pretty much nothing to anybody; then when he subbed out he handed a list of some part of the JL to johho, but it wasn't complete and some things also were added out of nowhere (unless they were falsely claimed in PMs I weren't part of). You apparently were forgotten when that list was compiled. Tough due to your rivalry you were considered a villager until today.

And @daird what mainly went against you were that you by chance weren't scanned. Today was the day to take out most of the non scanned people.

I think Jackson did the right thing in outing y'all. Hunting the council was ultimately a bad move by the baddies and probably saved me and the spokespeople.
Hunting the council wasn't a bad move from my pack, at least not a serious one. The first one was by chance, and while we did specifically hunt skobelev, it was specifically in the hope of getting everyone else to freak out about the council, which worked perfectly. Plus Ithvan was likely to be protected right after the outing. Subsequent attacks on the council were stupid, and again, Delta shooting alxeu was expressly against the desires of the purple pack.

Anyway Aedan unless you had planned to hunt me tomorrow, my idea was scan you next day so your situation was pretty bad. I was scanning Johho tonight because I was worried about that no-hunt night and I wanted to be absolutely sure before contact him.

The rivalry implication was my biggest hope, and I wanted to leave it intact for as long as possible. Maybe hunt sleepyhead, just to remove someone who had an interest in seeing my death. But Hazbot was someone I wanted to keep alive, since I feared he was cursed or OEO. If I hunted him, I might die or he might become my packmate, which would be problematic. If he was lynched, then people start asking why someone in the rival chain would need to be OEO or cursed. Didn't matter much in the end, but I was right. The village focus on symmetrical packs was a boon though, since only one pack having a rival seemed unlikely.

I wasn't planning on hunting you, but I was considering making a case on you to lynch. Don't know how well that would've ended up going.

I'd have said to the JL that I was the new seer after the negative result from Johho and I guess they knew I was EURO's last scan so I don't see why they couldn't believe me.

Aedan once again showing why the Rivals trait is so incredibly stupid.

Sure, but if the JL was too blatant in getting attention off of you, then I'd just set a hunt on you. Granted, I'd probably be caught sooner or later, but I figured I had more than a day left with so many important goodies dead.

That was an option, yes.

Yeah, it probably turned out alright in the end because of that. But it could of and did lead to me being incredibly stupid. I was really sure that Ike was a baddie, at least a cultist, and so set my vengeful order on him and tried to get him assassinated. If dumb luck hadn't gotten in the way, then we'd be down a villager and I'd of looked incredibly stupid. Luckily, I kind of anticipated being hunted and so got GAs on me for two nights straight, the first of which saved me.
What do you mean? There weren't any fake JL spokesmen here.
Ithvan revealed my role, didn't he? If I had kept it to myself, I might of avoided a hunt on me. Why did he do that, anyways?

Ithvan didn't reveal your role. He did reveal Sleepyhead as the rival who wanted me dead, but I knew about your vengeful by way of infiltrator scan.

Ah. So I can safely disregard number 2 then.
Had I been scanned? If not, why am I still alive?
If you hadn't been scanned, it was likely because of aedan being prioritized as an assassination target over you.

I can't imagine the list of unscanned to be too small, since all seer scans before JCan was lynched were unreliable.

Things I learned:

Trying to analyze votes has its uses, but is absolutely more work than it's worth.
Being suicidal helps nobody (but is quite enjoyable)
Being the alderman sucks.
Never, ever, ever break ties.

GG Winners.

Damnit Marshall, why did you have to visit Yakman?

Mhm, depends. It's one of your only sources of information if you're a vanilla villager.
Never, ever, ever break ties.
Unless it's D1. In which case, break TIEs wantonly.

If there are solid-ish cases on the candidates, don't break the TIE or advocate breaking the TIE.

Or of course if you're a candidate in a TIE.
