Anyways, a moment of silence for Comm Cody, Audren, and Npstr, all of whom were all victims of my desire to make an interesting lite.

Actually, the fact that we had three wolves and fifteen players accentuated the imbalance, I think. Being down a wolf makes it harder for the pack to suffer a loss, and having two fewer players lets the JL grow large enough to do what it just did. I still think the Caliph was OP, but this didn't help the situation.

The village was fairly stacked. And once Cody died in the way he did, the ending was pretty much a foregone conclusion.



As for the Caliph, I like the idea of a modified seer to some extent. But I'd like the seer to be nerfed, not made more powerful. And I think the wolves should know what they're up against.

The thing is the caliph was just a seer but with only added powers and no real detractions as far as I can see.

3 scans is finite but generally if the seer lives to use three scans the village is already in a strong position usually.

I'll help you out if you want to host. But as Madchemist said, play a couple more lites first.

And as a side note, this also includes an idea I had for a big set up where there was a council of 5 Van Helsings but none of them knew that the other 5 were all Van Helsings.

This was a strange Lite and not terribly representative of the typical game (though I'd like to think my advice to you during the game was mostly sound). I'd at least play a couple more Lites before GMing. That being said, I'd be more than happy to help out if you need me to. I'd wait a few Lites before doing that, though.
