it was CEST 17:30... not CET 17:30 as it was posted previously!

Interesting stuff so far... I'm hoping we will get to see some more gameplay... so far it is only deck stuff!

They talked about the scaling of the game again and now I got a big question point for me:
Will it be possible to use NATO-Symbolics again for Tanks/ AT/ ... ?
It is just so much more convenient to read...

Sorry for double post but... Sherman Firefly having Accuracy of 6 vs Panther Ds 5?
Sorry Eugen, but go home, you're drunk!
(Or is smaller better? €: Nope, higher is better)

Because Panther D's had better optics? Or combination of things?

Chieftain of WOT fame brought to light a U.S. report comparing some of their own native guns o the 17-pounder. The test was rigged as hell and it's obvious from just reading it. Though I don't take the report seriously on most of what it says, I see no real flaws in the accuracy portion of it. However, other people have pointed out that the ammunition used for the tests was substandard, and produced poor performance.

The Firefly was famous for his inaccuracy (especially with APDS) but the biggest problem was the dust from the blast which caused the gunner being unable to spot where his shot was going (short, wide,...).

To this comes the fact of the German reticules which are AFAIK unique during the war and grant a high chance of a first-shot-hit.

However iirc German tanks had good optics for the gunner but poor situational awareness. I think he only saw a very narrow field of view? So target aquisition was really for the tank commanders to determine as they could see. Don't quote me as it could be another tank.

Was that a PAK50 with a jeep pulling it? I had no idea kubel wagons were used for this.

The co-host here is so disinterested and even seems to feign excitement at the potential showing of a panzer deck. It's comical and makes the game seem like a joke. I suspect this guy probably wants to be somewhere playing starcraft or anime pink unicorns in space?

Not all of them. Panther had low visibility for the gunner, but most were OK by the time's standards.
