Was the problem fixed that the AI uses dozents or even hundreds of Minifleets with usually 1-2 ships? So if a human Player uses a big Fleet he wipes all Mini AI-Fleets from the seas easily. Even on war Ai vs AI the losses are very high, as battleships and Aircraft Carriers usually sail alone. Saw in 4 handoff games from 1.4.0. and 1.4.1, how dozents of big ships were sunk because they all sailed alone.
 
does this fix the thing where Yugoslavia can pick a ton of pro-italy focuses, but none of them will impact Italy's decision to go with anti-yugoslavia focuses? (there was something about fixing internal-faction wars)

Stunning artwork as always, thankyou for the hard work :). I have my issues with some of the research and NF choices, but never the art!

Perhaps that lovely Horthy in Admirals uniform will make it as the Leader's portrait one day, its far pretier and more historically accurate than the peculiar army uniform he wears now :)(still no idea where the heck that came from :confused:).

Also some more Hungarian (and Romanian) generals would be nice! I mean, Gusztav Jany, Bela Miklos, *wink wink nudge nudge*

Great! Now Luxemburg is the last generic leader portrait nation in Europe at the start of the game!

As much as I love the update, now Uruguay's the only South American country with a generic leader portrait. I really, really do hope it gets the same treatment as the other south american countries. :( :(

And to think that in HoI 2 there was actually an event chain that would see the transition from dictatorship to democracy under the three presidents who presided it... and now we don't even get a correct portrait. :(

Did you see Axe99's post in the previous beta-patch thread that you posted in? His first look at the problem suggested that the AI makes good fleets but doesn't re-arrange them effectively when they take losses. If confirmed, that sounds like a horribly complex problem for the AI programmers to get stuck into. Rumour has it that the next patch will deal with the naval problems; I hope that's true.

You realise they are almost all, if not all, changes made to 1.4.1 while it was still in open beta? I am familiar with these changes. They released an update to the beta on the 26th of June. I am familiar with these changes as well. I want to know if they made any changes after said update, as these are not separately listed.
