I'm sorry but if I was a wolf I would've been damn sure to hunt the last inquisitor when I was told who it was. Jeray never replied to the PM so it's entirely possible his inactive mess has killed him and he didn't notice. Or if ramius had a successful scandal night then the game will be much easier.

It equally makes no sense for Jeray to save town from parity on the day Aedan was saved and Wagon hung. Unless someone disputes Ramius' inquisitor claim, it's between the 2 of you.

Unless if one of you is a massive troll or purposefully confusing us, I can only conclude that the wolf in question just plain wasnt paying attention. There was no reason to kill the person every villager thought was a wolf and was going to blindly lynch.

Anyway, for now the Spam plan works for me:

VOTE JERAY

Ramius can only be evil if someone else claims to be the last inquisitor, but he should have spoken up about 2 or 3 days earlier. If someone else was the 3rd inquisitor, he knew Ramius lied about being the inquisitor and should have outed him right away. I do not believe someone counter claiming now.

Between JM and Jeray; Jeray did his very best to counter snipe the vote on Aedan. If he didn't do that, town would have lost already. Yet, there is only 1 way to make sure town wins this. We have to go for a tie.

Ramius and I split the votes on both of you. You guys vote each other. I see no other way to do this.

Point of order: when proposing TIE, use caps.

It also makes no sense for me to vote for my pack mate wagon for 3 straight days, including making the case on him to begin with. None of my actions taken this game point to me being a wolf.

So did you get a successful scan tonight?

It's why we take no chances. Honestly, I don't see either of you as a wolf, but it must be 1 of you 2.

No successful scan obviously or this wouldn't be a sudden headache.

Vote Jacksonian

On the failed snipe attempt, Jacksonian must have been offline and the wolves were banking on my and Audren's villager votes to let only three wolf votes been necessary to lynch Aedan. I am not a wolf, I fucking counter-sniped. That would be the biggest fucking mistake a wolf could make, actually counter-sniping the wolves snipe attempt. Just about anything short of sabotaging the wolves could be some weird alibi.

The Spam plan could work, but guys, Jacksonian is obviously the wolf. There is no need to take a victory from me.

I was also scanned by A Landy the night before he was hunted, and he contacted me just before I voted him, then I didn't expect he'd get attention so I didn't bother unvoting him.

A Landy said:
Hello alynkio, I'm inquisitor

A Landy said:
Welcome Jeremy, you're my Day 1 scan.
jeray2000 said:
Nice. Any interesting thoughts?
alynkio said:
No, not yet.
A Landy said:
How was my reasoning this time?
A Landy said:
@alynkio you might want to quickly throw in a vote
A Landy said:
Nvm, we have 1.5 hours left
alynkio said:
Never fear! Plenty of time till deadline. Your Wagon vote is totally legit, and shouldn't attract unwarranted attention.
alynkio said:
Aedan is a very dangerous person to have after you!
A Landy said:
Hopefully I didn't just vote for an another villager
alynkio said:
Jeray, hope you're around to switch your vote in case A Landy starts taking serious heat!
A Landy said:
How's this for convincing aedan: "Very valid reasoning, though today's vote isn't bandwagoning, but rather me taking a more careful look (and not voting as blindly)"
Or should keep quiet?
A Landy said:
Or should I change my vote to someone like Claude?
alynkio said:
Sorry Landy :(:(:( I wasn't around.
alynkio said:
Landy, you could have saved yourself by switching to Spock too :(

Sorry guys. I wasn't around before deadline, and didn't think Landy would be getting so much attention./QUOTE]

It's not exactly hard evidence I'm a goodie, but forging other people's PMs quickly is difficult, so I hope this lends me credence.

Alright, had a private talk with everyone. It seems Ramius is the only one claiming inquisitor so he's cleared. The rest of us claim villager, so no one contested his claim while we know there is 1 more inquisitor. Ramius had me scanned and I turned out to be a villager. If either of you had contested the inquisitor claim, I would have put the tie between Ramius and his counter claim, as only a wolf has reason to falsely claim it. Sorry for being paranoid here Ramius, but considering the situation, I had to keep the possibility in account that you faked the claim and faked my scan.

Yet, this isn't the case, which means, it really is either Jeray or JM. Due to the situation, it still gives us a situation in which the wolves cannot win, in case we do decide to tie between you guys. It's now 100% ruled out that either Ramius or me are the wolves.

It might be tiring to hear again, but is the last wolf sure he doesn't want to forfeit? There is no possible way you will win this, because I very much doubt you'll tempt us to go for 1 target. If you do forfeit, you will not deny someone his victory. I'm sure if the situation was reversed, you would like that person to allow you to win too.

@jeray2000 It's a whole conversation and it's not easily forged. Especially since I asked you to post that convo here in the topic and you delivered within the bounds of 5 minutes. Yet, is it enough. Guess we get to sleep on it.

Also, would people be up for a discussion about victory conditions once this game is over? I'd like to make a case for allowing dead people to win too. Unless everyone is dead set against it.

edit 3: That does look like the least efficient JL ever if it's legit.:D 3 People in it and none of them able to save the inquisitor.

The Werewolf General Thread would probably be the place for that, once the game is finished.

Hold on, it's worse than I thought. You were in the JL with the inquisitor Jeray. You put your vote on the inquisitor you know. Said inquisitor dies due to being tied with someone else with your vote on him. The JL consisting of 3 people did nothing to prevent it...

edit: Wait, Alynkio at least had his vote on the alternative.

I hath returned.

The last time I was on I was the only voter, and I couldn't think of a good way to explain how I voted someone who I had a decent case for then needed to vote someone else a couple hours later. In fact, now that I'm rereading it, up until 1.5 hours to deadline Wagonlitz was the main candidate up until a big swing to A Landy.
Votecount 1.5 hours to deadline

Wagonlitz: 3

Ramius3443 [212 Jacksonian Missionary -> 213]
Jacksonian Missionary [222]
A Landy [223]

A Landy: 1

jeray2000 [215]

Ramius3443
Capage [220]

Spockyt: 1

Audren [221]

Not Voted: 8

It still feels incredibly stupid, but I guess I have to sleep on it regardless. I was already wondering how an inquisitor could be lynched that easily. Yet, it's actually a hard story to believe and therefore, I might actually question it's legit or not...

Did you put Landy down as a reversed alibi vote? Didn't know townies worked with alibi votes too. Usually it's just wolves that do it.

I didn't know Landy was inquisitor and legitimately thought he was the likeliest wolf up until he added me to the PM.

At the start of the convo, there's the line from Landy.

"A Landy said:
Welcome Jeremy, you're my Day 1 scan."

I assume he meant night 1? I also assume "Jeremy" is you Jeray. It's not really clear around what time that conversation took place, but I guess it's relatively early due to the conversation.

However, you responded to him afterwards. You acknowledged the fact that he scanned you. How can you say you were not aware he was the inquisitor that day?
