So I made the sole sys. And want to move some of my pops to other colony.

I believe the happy face button on the left side, click on that, and then RB (on Xbox not sure what is on PS) go to the tab beside it and look through the policies that should allow you do to this.

Also how do u get a planetary administrator onto a planet?

When you are on the planet screen, first tab, then use the d pad go to the right. I forget the name (sorry bad with names) at the moment but click on that, that will take you to the leader screen, hire a new leader, then select that leader. Hope this helps.

Odd. I've done that. They are governers.

I need to upgrade the buildings there.

I have the same problem on one of my planets I need also planetary administrator like you have explained in my Edicts list I see 1 - reeducation 2 - propaganda 3 - land of oppertunity and 4 - infrastructure project but no just a thing like planetary administrator Davor ?

I am sorry, I am not exactly sure what you are asking for. What are you trying to do? Are you trying to put a "leader" on your planet? You don't need any buildings for that. If that is not it, I am sorry I am having a brain fart and not reading properly today.

Select the planet. You should be on the tile screen

Hit L1 to tab left.

On the top right there is a button for "select a leader". (or something like that)

Click on that to hire a governor.

Governor=administrator.

You need to find your colony ship. On the tile you placed it. And upgrade it

Use "x" to selecr the fleets you want to combine. Then select one if the ships with "a" then click the icon tgat looks like a ship with a shadow.

How you raise the level? What level are you talking about, the habibility rating, number of colonies? They are both done through researching new techs if that is what you mean.

Directly controlled ones. I've only 3 and haven't seen nothing that looks like it raises it.

There is tech you can get (usually has a pic of a government house of some sort). Completing the expansion tech tree gives you two. There is also a starting trait.

you can also move colonies into a sector group that will free up space for new colonization.

Yea. But I'm just waiting on research to finish now. And there's not much else to do.

I'm super rich in everything. None of the other species seem to do much. I've been playing all day and night and haven't had any fighting yet.. Lol
