The first one appears to be 'how communist were people at a given time'.

The 1 no idea, because its not the development map, strange that China, Nepal and Novgorod are that green. The 2 one i guess something related to great powers, as we have Mali, France, the Emperor of HRE, Great Yuan, Delhi, Khmer, Japan, and Chagatai for some reason instead of the Golden Horde(Ulug Ulus). And the 3 no idea.

Seems strange that Khorasan region and central Asian sub continent are the same.
Almost the same thing for maghreb and north africa.

It makes no sense the literacy map lol. Either it isn't, or it is completely broken

FYI, there's a reason why we hadn't shown previously some of these maps, as them being WIP. For instance, the region/subcontinent ones are not final and left for a final adjustment after finishing the Tinto Maps feedback, to adjust all the shapes and names properly.

If that's the case, they should really make it in a logarithmic scale instead, so everywhere but China and India doesn't look the same.
