In my current Sparta run, I control all of Laconia, most of Crete, and parts of Achaea and Arcadia (it’s 474 AUC), and I’ve reached Regional Power status. My primary heir has amazing stats, great traits (with no negatives), and he’s married to the daughter of the Ruler of Macedon, who is friends with my Ruler.

I have an Alliance with Macedon, but, my next target, Troizen, a local power (annexed Hermione), is in a Defensive Pact with a city-state guaranteed by Macedon. This is their only Pact ally (and ally in general), and I plan to occupy and annex it as well during the war. If I declare on Troizen, will Macedon intervene because of the Guarantee?

Hello, no Macedon will not intervene in your war with the defensive league. Actually this is a good way to snap up that that tag that is guaranteed by Macedon without going to war with them!
