The Concrete on my roads are disappearing, what is causing this?

For the past 2 days, every time I load into my save game or start a new game all of the concrete on the roads are gone and are not rendering in and all you can see is dirt in areas like sidewalks and concrete roads. I was told this was a mod that was causing this but I can't figure out which one because my savegame requires 9000+ mods and assets to load properly. Does anyone know what mod could be causing this? I attached a screenshot of what I see and the output log as well.

Does this affect new roads placed in the same area too?

I noticed a few mod conflicts in your log. You have the original Ploppable RICO and Plop the Growables, which are both incompatible with Ploppable RICO Revisited and the latest Harmony. Remove Ploppable RICO and Plop the Growables, you don't need them anyways, and just made sure Ploppable RICO Revisited's options for growables are enabled.

You also have the old Network Skins - I recommend switching to Network Skins 2.

Yea even when I place newer roads in certain areas all sidewalks will be completely dirt and in some areas, it will be partially showing and flickering in some areas. are you able to get me a link to these mods I can't find mods like network skins 2?

Hmm... Try disabling Surface Painter as a test. Don't save the game, but just remove the mod and load the city to see if it looks right.
