Can I get the translation administrator permission?

Hello dear Paradox wiki administrator.
I'm EU4 gamer from South Korea.
There's a lot of gamers that wants to find informations of EU4 in South Korea(including me).
But they can not find the informations easily, because there's no Korean translation on EU4 wiki.

So, I want to translate the EU4 wiki to Korean.
But, to translate it, I need to be a translation administrator of EU4 wiki.
Can I get the translation administrator permission?

If it can't, Can you tell me how to get the permission?
