As you can see in the last screenshot, there's no dlc icon
I have already checked a similar post - (I can't post links)
and I have done every step that AndrewT has mentioned. I uninstalled the game a few times, deleted the files in the directories, and gave the eu4.exe file access via windows defender. I deleted even all the savegames and all the mods, but still no changes.
It's not about the cosmetics, but the DLC itself.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks :)

The failure to verify that DLC is indeed a cosmetic error which will be fixed in the next game patch. Everyone gets it, including me.

Why it does not appear in your game is a mystery, it works fine for me and most others. What if you make a new Windows user and log into it with that - does it still happen there?

If so, how about on any other machine you can install it on, as a diagnostic test?

This probably means that you are playing a game version which is older than the DLC. Are you using the steam version of the game? Then please have a look at the betas section of the eu4 properties in the steam library and either select "None" to get the current version or select one of the other 1.34.x versions which are also compatible with the DLC.

Silly me, it was the older version selected for some reason, so I changed it back. It works fine now.
Thanks for help
