Anyone able to help me decipher the crash log? Keep crashing when trying to load a save.

I was playing a run with no issue for about 10 hrs but then the next day whenever I tried to load a save it keeps crashing. Wondering if anyone is able to help me here.

I'll guess mods are involved, is that right? If so please post in User Mods forum, with a list of mods in use, and the affected saved game file there.
